Nicole Graney is a junior public relations major from Naples, FL, who serves as president of UF PRSSA this year. This past summer, Nicole interned at the public affairs office of a financial services firm in Washington, D.C. There, she attended Congressional hearings and conducted public policy research. When she’s not in Weimer Hall, Nicole can be found exploring local coffee shops. She loves to talk to new members of the J-School to help them find their path… or even just point them in the right direction of the Aha! Lab. Jordan McCrary, Vice President
Jordan McCrary is a junior public relations major who serves as the Vice President of UF PRSSA this year. She also is an account executive at The Agency and a writer for the Institute for Public Relations. If you are interested in writing or being a graphic designer for IPR, she would be happy to connect you.
This past summer, she worked as a PR intern for Axia Public Relations. This internship experience gave her to opportunity to earn an Inbound Marketing certification, have tons of writing published, work on a creative PR team and much more.
She is passionate about working with children. Her career interests include crisis communication and corporate PR. Aleks Karczmiarz, Managing Director of Alpha PRoductions
Aleks Karczmiarz is the managing director of Alpha PRoductions, UF’s student-run PR firm affiliated with PRSSA. Her position requires a lot of delegating and overseeing for the most part. The firm has 3 teams currently working for 3 clients and each team has roughly 6-7 members. She has to stay on top of the work done for clients and make sure that no one is overstressed and that everyone is satisfied with what is being accomplished!
Some of her personal interests and passions include sitting at home in her PJ's watching Netflix while petting her two cats, singing in the car, working out whenever she can, sleeping and going out with friends.
She is very interested in entertainment PR. Ideally, she would love to be a publicist, but working at an agency would be really nice too. If none of that pans out, she is also really interested in corporate communications, especially overseas.
Her current internship is at the UF College of Education, doing social media and general communications. She does anything from creating content for the COE social channels to interviewing faculty and students for stories to helping out with video production.

Andrea Mora, Treasurer
Andrea Mora is a junior public relations major from Coral Springs, FL, who serves as treasurer of UF PRSSA this year. Her position includes managing dues payments, updating the website, sending emails and coordinating fundraisers. She is also pursuing an urban and regional planning minor and hopes to improve cities and communities through strategic communications and digital marketing. This past summer, Andrea interned at the Central Florida Community Action Agency, a local nonprofit that aims to reduce poverty and help low-income individuals and families become self-sufficient. Aside from her career goals, she wants to move to a big city, pursue a minimalist lifestyle to survive in a shoebox apartment and own a Shiba Inu dog. Her interests include sending memes, making lists, traveling and drinking Vietnamese iced coffee. Macey Wilson, Vice President of Public Relations
Macey Wilson is the Vice President for Public Relations of UF PRSSA this year. Her past experience includes interning with Axia Public Relations, UF College of the Arts, The Hippodrome and Reboot the People. At UF she’s been involved in The Agency, Florida Players and Theta Alpha. She’s passionate about theatre, new media and hamsters. She hopes to work for a YouTube network, a talent agency or a theatre on Broadway.

Madison Behm, Vice President of Programming
Madison Behm is a savvy public relations major currently serving as Vice President of Programming for UF PRSSA this year. Her position tackles the task of planning events for the chapter including speakers, workshops and information sessions (Got suggestions? Send them her way). She spent a spectacular summer at The Coca-Cola Company, where she worked with the Global Marketing Transformation team on an internal news and knowledge site that connects Coca-Cola marketers around the world. At UF, she works at The Agency as the account supervisor for Experiencias Xcaret, an ecotourism theme park in Mexico. She loves to travel and has already been on a lifetime of adventures, whether it be swimming with seals in South Africa, volunteering with youth in Peru or experiencing the Day of The Dead festival in Mexico. Graduating in Spring 2018, she's excited to start her next adventure and snag her first job!
Zulie Mederos, Vice President of Member Services
Zulie Mederos is the Vice President of Member Services of UF PRSSA this year. She serves as the liaison between the executive board and the general body members. She is responsible for updating the internship bank, the mentorship program and planning the PRSSA retreat.
Her personal interests include women empowerment, reading and being involved on campus. Her career interests include entertainment PR. She is currently interning for iCivics, a non-profit organization based out of Washington D.C. It was founded by the first female Supreme Court Justice. The organization focuses on civic engagement and provides students and teachers with free online video games and teaching material to inform students about their government. She works on creating content for their social media, writing copies for their Twitter and Facebook posts and creating Buzzfeed quizzes and articles about iCivics content.

Jamie Honowitz, Vice President of Chapter Development
Jamie Honowitz is a junior public relations major from Palm Beach Gardens, FL, who serves as VP of Chapter Development of UF PRSSA this year. As Vice President of Chapter Development, some of her tasks include coordinating press releases on our speaker events, working on our diversity training program, and working with a nonprofit organization on a nationwide campaign at the local level. Her last internship experience was at Rubenstein Public Relations in New York City. Her interests include media relations and crisis communication, and is particularly interested in the tourism and food and beverage industries. Hannah Ross, Assistant Managing Director of Alpha PRoductions
Hannah Ross is the assistant managing director of Alpha PRoductions, UF’s student-run PR firm affiliated with PRSSA. She works closely with the managing director as well as the PRSSA president. Her tasks include being the liaison between clients and the firm, recruiting staff members, overseeing account executives and associates, and creating brand content. Another task, of course, includes being actively involved in PRSSA. Her personal interests include films, books and fashion. Her career goal is to work in communications within the entertainment industry. This past summer, she was the public relations intern for the Hyper IgM Foundation. She can help members with interests they have in gaining experience in the public relations field while studying. She is more than happy to chat with any members over iced coffees regarding any questions they may have.
Demi Wolfe, Vice President of Career Services (PRSSA National)
Demi Wolfe is the PRSSA National Vice President of Career Services. She manages the Internship Center, the national database of internships, as well as carries out other career-related initiatives. After college, Wolfe hopes to work at an agency in a big city practicing consumer branding or global communications.
In addition to her work with PRSSA, Wolfe is an Account Supervisor at The Agency and the Communications Director for a $300,000 grant awarded to UF on behalf of the European Union. She has also completed numerous internships, with the most recent being at UF Library West.
In her free time, she loves collecting vinyls and Playbills from Broadway musicals, watching movie trailers and exploring new cities.

Nick Goebel, Southeastern Regional Ambassador (PRSSA National)
Nick Goebel is the Regional Ambassador for PRSSA National. Simply put, he is the bridge between the chapters and nationals. He has 17 schools that he is in contact with constantly. The chapter presidents give him an update on their chapters and he lets them know about any updates from national. His main goal is to grow a more connected National PRSSA.
He is a junior, but when he graduates he hopes to work at a large corporation or agency. His focus is natural resources conservation, so he hopes to one day work at a company that values communication and conservation.
This past summer, he was the marketing and communications intern for City Year Jacksonville. City Year is a nonprofit that recruits volunteers who will give a year of their life to serving in one of the country's lowest performing schools. There, he managed their blog, designed communications plans and planned special events.
When not running late to meetings or writing papers, he likes to treat himself with brunch, books, coffee, sleep, hikes, Amazon and Netflix. You can usually find him in the Weimer Atrium or sitting in Plaza of Americas. Please feel free to reach out to him or say “Hey,” at the meetings!
